We try to make this process easy for you and work with you to come up with the best solution for your needs. Every business is unique, and your bookkeeping services should be too. We are located in Airdrie, Alberta, however, provide local services to Calgary and surrounding areas.

The Process

Step One

Complete the client interest questionnaire to provide us with information about your company. We will be in touch to schedule an initial consultation call. We will provide you with a formal quote on the monthly subscription cost and the contract.

Step Two

We will work with you to get set up in Dext and QuickBooks Online. This will include getting the bank accounts linked and a process for obtaining the information required monthly.

Step Three

Monthly bookkeeping will begin!We will aim to complete all bookkeeping for the month by the 15th of the following month. Monthly financial reports will be provided to show you how the business is performing.
